- Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 7 years after closure for legal and tax purposes.
- Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with financial regulations.
- Marketing preferences and consent records are retained for 3 years after last interaction.
- You may request deletion of non-legally-required data by emailing us.
