1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using ChristianEntrepreneur.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users including Campaign Organizers, Donors, Volunteers, and Beneficiaries.

ChristianEntrepreneur.com operates as a crowdfunding platform inspired by Christian values of generosity and entrepreneurship.

2. Account Eligibility & Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • One account per individual or organization. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
  • You agree to promptly update your account information if it changes.

3. Campaign Organizers

A. Starting a Campaign

When you launch a campaign, you represent that:

  • All information in your campaign is accurate and not misleading.
  • You have the legal right to raise funds for the stated purpose.
  • You will use funds exclusively for the purpose described in your campaign.
  • You will provide updates to donors on campaign progress and fund use.
  • Your campaign does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

B. Fund Withdrawals

  • Funds raised become available for withdrawal according to our payout schedule (typically 3–5 business days after clearing).
  • You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal.
  • We may place holds on withdrawals if fraud is suspected or under investigation.
  • Platform fees (see current fee schedule) are deducted at payout.
  • You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on funds received.

C. Campaign Honesty Guarantee

We take fraud seriously. If a campaign is found to be fraudulent or materially misrepresented, we reserve the right to suspend the campaign, hold funds, and cooperate with authorities. Donors may be eligible for refunds under our Donor Protection policy.

4. Donors

  • Donations are generally non-refundable unless a campaign is found to be fraudulent or removed by the Platform.
  • Donations are not tax-deductible unless the Organizer is a registered charitable organization and clearly states this on their campaign page.
  • You may choose to donate anonymously. Otherwise, your name and donation amount may appear on the campaign page.
  • We do not guarantee that any campaign will reach its goal or that funds will be used as described — though we actively review campaigns and respond to reports of misuse.
  • By donating, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the specified amount.

💛 Donor Protection

We review flagged campaigns and cooperate with law enforcement on fraud reports. If a campaign is removed due to confirmed fraud and funds have not been disbursed, we will work to refund donors on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at christianentrepreneur.com@gmail.com to report a concern.
